Alana McIsaac (Kāi Tahu) is an accredited Change Manager based in Te-Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington). She has over 10 years experience in Change Management and Communications and is an accomplished leader adept at navigating organisational transitions, fostering team collaboration, and driving sustainable change. Alana is deeply passionate about achieving effective change outcomes while ensuring people are at the centre by taking a humanising approach to transformation.

Alana also serves as a trustee for a not-for-profit as well as holds roles in several committees, including with the Change Management Institute where she currently leads the Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) team. In addition, she holds accreditation from the Change Management Institute, has a Bachelor of Communication Studies and is a member of the Institute of Directors and Multiethnic Young Leaders NZ.
