In today’s evolving workplace, the ability to lead high-performing, multigenerational teams is essential. This one-day workshop supports leaders to build the capabilities needed to lead diverse, multigenerational teams with clarity, confidence, and purpose. In a world of rapid change and evolving expectations, leadership must be adaptive, inclusive, and grounded in values. Participants will explore how to foster belonging, autonomy, and purpose across their teams, and why this matters for performance, retention, and wellbeing.
This workshop will equip leaders with practical tools and insights to lead diverse, multigenerational teams, enhancing communication, building inclusive cultures, and strengthening leadership capability for today’s changing world of work. This workshop draws on Ellen Joan Ford’s leadership model of Belonging, Autonomy and Purpose, and integrates principles from her keynote topics including #WorkSchoolHours, Authentic Leadership and “Stop Trying to Fix Women… and Start Fixing the System”.
