Rae Cooper AO is Professor of Gender, Work and Employment Relations at the University of Sydney, where she is the founding Director of the Australian Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusion @ Work.
She is an Australian Research Council Future Fellow and is President of the International Labor and Employment Relations Association. Rae has researched and published scores of articles across many aspects of women’s working lives including career navigation, working life in very male-dominated sectors, and respect and equality at work.
She is an experienced non-executive director, is a respected advisor to industry and government, and is one of Australia’s leading media commentators on the world of work.
