Gergana is an accomplished corporate executive with a strong international background in media and business development. For over a decade, she held senior leadership roles at CNN and Cartoon Network (part of Warner Bros. Discovery), leading commercial teams across Europe. Originally from Bulgaria, she spent 16 years in London before relocating to Auckland in 2016.
Building on her corporate expertise, Gergana transitioned into the fields of agile, innovation, and leadership development. She is now a Collective Intelligence Coach and the Asia-Pacific Lead for Big Bloom - a global initiative that helps companies build innovation capability and deliver meaningful impact through action-based learning.
At Big Bloom, Gergana designs and facilitates collective intelligence workshops - immersive sessions where corporate teams use Design Thinking to solve real-world challenges. These range from social impact issues brought by non-profits to internal innovation and business transformation goals. The result is a powerful mix of purpose-driven collaboration and business-focused problem-solving.
Gergana brings a strategic mindset, cross-cultural fluency, and a passion for purposeful work to every engagement, helping organisations unlock the collective intelligence of their people and apply it where it matters most.
