Jemma leads data design and modelling for some of Deloitte's most impactful technology programmes. Her strength is bringing together business and technical stakeholders to untangle complex requirements into practical, data-centred solutions. She loves making technology understandable and useful, and helping people find creative ways to use it.

Beyond client work, Jemma serves on the TechWomen NZ Executive Council and coordinates the national TechWomen Mentoring Circles programme, which connects hundreds of women each year to share experiences and grow their networks. She also supports other initiatives which support and empower women and girls, including the Zonta International Women in Business Leadership Award.

At the Summit, Jemma will host a lunchtime Mentoring Circle focused on sparking ideas and connections. Expect honest conversation, new perspectives, and practical steps to put your Summit learnings into action.
