Kylie Ruwhiu-Karawana is Managing Director at TRC Tourism and a Māori tourism specialist deeply engaged in weaving culture, sustainability, and strategy. Of Ngā Puhi whakapapa, she has led indigenous tourism ventures, enabled women’s accelerator programs, and partnered with iwi and communities across Aotearoa. Kylie brings lived experience in bridging diverse worlds, uplifting voices, and embedding accountability in high-trust, purpose-driven organisations.
