Vanisa Dhiru, a leading Aotearoa advocate for equity, inclusion and belonging, and champion with a strong sense of social responsibility. She is passionate about using her own experiences with bias (especially gender and race) to help others recognise and overcome their own biases. Accredited to deliver unconscious bias awareness training, brings her advocacy experience from previous roles to her workshops, including experience as past president of the National Council of Women (2017-2019) and past leadership roles in digital equity with the 20/20 Trust and InternetNZ. She is a board member of Global Women NZ, member of the Institute of Directors and a global BMW Foundation Responsible Leader.
